First day with and I have questions. First, it's giving readings that are pretty consistently 20+ points lower than my , so how do I know which one is more accurate? Second, I got a reading of 69 mg/dl while I was napping and the alarm went off. Every source I look at says under 70 is bad, except (who may be shady) who thinks it's fine to be 50-70 if you're fasting and on . Is there a reputable source making the same claim?

I’ve just had my first bleeder while applying my and I did not even know that was a thing, so I had a bit of a “wtf nervous lol let’s Google this” moment when blood started pouring out through the sensor. (Teh googles report: Can happen, probably won’t fuck up sensor but may, get replacement if readings are stupid).

I’ve been using the Freestyle Libre sensor + phone app since shortly after I got my diagnosis and got tired of pricking my fingertips all the time. Turns out regular readings REALLY help my mindset for tracking and how I eat.

This is my second time using a FSL 2, as I used to be on 1 before and as the first starting coming off after 6 days I made sure to use Skin Tac this time for extra adhesion and may have gotten enthusiastic about pushing the applicator down. 😅
