Someone needs to explain why kettlebells are so much more expensive than dumbbells of the same weight. Wouldn't it be a similar amount of raw materials? Even though a set of #ResistanceBands is less expensive and more adaptable, it may be worth getting good #FreeWeights that will last years longer than a set of bands.

A disadvantage of #ResistanceBands over #FreeWeights is bands weaken with use. Free weights don't lighten with use. Here I was thinking I could do 20 band bicep curls easily, but with a new band I could only do six.
