I just made Shoyu Koji - the ultimate #seasoning for (almost) everything. It's a real #umami bomb!
#ShoyuKoji is the perfect combination of the taste of #soysauce with the power of #koji.
It's very easy to make this ferment, you just have to combine shoyu (soy sauce) and rice koji (kome koji).

Seit neustem liebe ich es, mit #Koji #Fermenten zu experimentieren. Zum Beispiel: Shio Koji. Das ist eine #Sauce, die man sowohl zum #Würzen als auch zum #Marinieren verwenden kann. Und ich schwöre es ist so krass, jedes pikante Essen, das ich bis jetzt damit gewürzt habe, schmeckt einfach viiiiiel besser!
