Here I am displaying my super fancy method of drying basil, sage, thyme, and parsley. Cookie sheets covered with parchment paper on the counter. 🤣😎😎

I did not harvest my rosemary, my plant was looking rough when I put it out in the spring. It's managed to come back, but didn't have enough new growth to harvest. But if it's healthy then I can bring it in for winter. Fingers crossed!
