Sometimes I watch Chef and laugh when he has his epic meltdown in the restaurant. I wonder how many times I have looked like that... a few times I’m sure.
The chef thinks the food critic’s review is the worst thing that has ever happened to him. In reality, this is the catalyst that sets him free.

I always found a way to laugh and have fun, a way to make someone smile, a way to run and be wild, a way to be free.
I find her during yoga, surfing, cooking for those I love, laughing uncontrollably with friends, walking in the fog and the rain, singing in the shower, watching the sun set and the sky light up with stars. I find her every time I allow myself to truly live.
