It's 9AM. I stayed up all night #Baking & #Cooking.

I'm going to be out of town helping a friend build a small house. He's on the "home" stretch 🤪 . We'll be adding some beams for a loft.

So, I cooked about 9lbs of #PorkShoulder & #FrijolesRefritos. I made the dough for #Tortillas I'll cook there. There's two chocolate #Cakes and four batches of #Granola. I still have today and tonight, if I want to do more. Maybe I'll bring eggs and ingredients for pancakes.
