The colorful halo effect around the Sun was caused by light refracting off ice crystals in the clouds. I was fascinated by the interesting cloud structures below too!

Look at the clear, citrine, milky white and smoky quartz in this beautiful rock!
The rock also has mosses growing on it and brown leaves surround it. A small patch of partridge berry grows next to it.
