@NaClKnight good points, i think the community confusion here is the idea that #FromSoft will refuse a Sekiro patch but approve an ArmoredCore patch, even when the community perceives Sekiro as more difficult.

you could be onto something in regards to franchise stability, as Armored Core is an existing franchise with (i would guess) planned sequels, where Sekiro was more of a one-off (for now)

On what is now my fourth attempt to play Sekiro, it's finally clicked for me. Each time I've started over from scratch because I had completely forgotten how to play and what I was supposed to be doing. This time, though, I'm getting it. Just made it to the Fountainhead Palace and cannot wait to see what's next.

Fromsoft games are odd. You can play for 5 straight hours and accomplish absolutely nothing other than getting your ass handed to you, but the second you kick a ladder down, or open a previously closed door or gate those 5 hours of frustration and anger and humble pie are utterly meaningless, because you've achieved something you previously didn't have.

But they never did for #DarkSouls, so I doubt they’ll bother now.

I did it! Finally defeated Malenia, Blade of Miquella in #Eldenring. What an intense boss fight - my heart 😱 certainly one of the hardest but also one of the most memorable and rewarding boss fights in the game. Only took me several days and at least 50 tries, I stopped counting 😂

Its wierd; in MTPO, you can get FUCKED UP for bad spacing/timing/getting greedy, same as older #Fromsoft games. Bullied for being in the wrong place with bad decision-making.

But now, its you get clapped, but are given time to get up. Its even worse to lose one of these and theyre all like "OH HERES HINT HERES INSTANT RETRY" like they got trained to only know one problem and one solution.

Went and fought the final boss of #Sekiro again. God, that really is like the best boss #FromSoft has ever made, it feels SO GOOD to fight.

Just over 2 months after I picked it up, I've finally beaten #EldenRing what a spectacular experience. First #soulslike game I've ever played and it's phenomenal. Looking forward to #ShadowoftheErdtree dlc
