For this week’s User Spotlight, we’d like to congratulate Mengmeng Liu and Jun-Yuan Ji on their recent manuscript! Mengmeng is a postdoctoral fellow in Jun-Yuan Ji’s Lab at the Tulane University School of Medicine. They used HCR RNA-FISH to validate the repressive effects of Wg signaling at the cellular level in fruit fly larval adipocytes. Check out their full preprint available on bioRxiv here: doi.org/jvj5.
