In the Spring, I grafted a bunch of Apples and planted them in 5 gallon buckets. The plan was, once Fall hit, they would go dormant and I would move them to a nursery bed for winter before the ground froze.
These trees will not go dormant. They're still healthy and green looking like they were mid summer and the ground is about to freeze. Am I good to just transplant these while they're not dormant?
