@oya imo the best argument against copyright and patents is that it's just "I thought of it first, so you aren't allowed to do it" at a massive scale. designers and inventors will always be necessary, but without copyright and patents, companies would still employ them like they currently do. The only ones profiting from all that are assholes that are already rich af.
