Now they’re at the house, removing the wood themselves, and spraying bleach lmao. Yes bleach. The mixture that is 98% water with a quickly evaporating chlorine component. The mixture that is not approved for mold remediation by the EPA or OSHA, for good reason. All this after they and their “expert” mold guy claimed the mold was just “Adhesive”. I think the rental inspection went ok (hopefully).

They were over an hour late, the owner attended as well. I got to chat to her about how she ended up with the house, and how it still belongs to her father who is in a nursing home, but he's put it in a trust for her. Hopefully this means that we'll be able to stay for a couple of years until we move to the UK.
