I'm having a minor MS attack at the mo #noflowersbyrequest my mouth, tongue and lips are burning and I have sensitivity issues in the legs. It seems so minor but I was brutally reminded at #parkrun this morning of the ripple effects. If I can't quite feel how my feet are striking the floor as I jog, they don't necessarily hit the ground flat and... pulled calf muscle 😵‍💫
To all the lovely norms out there never assume 'symptomless' means without risk.
