I have run the new Ethernet cable through the self adhesive ducting, in order to get wired internet from one side of the office bedroom to the other where the new desk is located. But I haven't yet fitted the ducting in place, I need to clean the paint above the narrow shirting board to do that. And bending over like that hurts my back. Getting down on hands and knees makes it hard to get back on my feet, too, especially with the arthritic knee problem.
