#today I am putting one foot in front of the other and hope to find anything resembling an endorphin. Hard to stay positive and motivated at the tail end of winter, especially when dad is in #hospice for #FuckParkinsons, my sons are struggling with their own young adult growing pains, and I have zero #motivation for anything. But I’m sitting in the sun at my favorite coffeehouse, drinking a vanilla cardamom latte with oat milk and it’s a start.
