🚨Attention people who menstruate🚨

If you have used THINX period panties they just settled a class action lawsuit. This lawsuit is paying out a maximum $21 (and their panties cost about $30), and if you take it they you waive your rights to sue them later, if you do nothing you also waive your rights to sue them later. There is a form to opt out of the class action lawsuit, which I will link in a toot below.

They are being sued because their underwear was found to have PFAs, also known as "forever chemicals." We still don't know what these chemicals can do, and you probably don't want to waive your rights until we know more.
