If you're unfamiliar with the full opera, I highly recommend it as a #FullAlbumExperience
Most people only know the title track, but the whole thing is great.

Feels like a good night for a #FullAlbumExperience. Let's do #Klaatu from 1976
Tonight's #FullAlbumExperience - Hugo Kant. Far From Home. This is my first listen.
This was another album of new songs recorded live for the start of the pandemic to no-one.
"Lock-In" released in 2020.
#fatfreddysdrop #fullalbumexperience
When the pandemic started, #FatFreddysDrop started making live albums with new music and no audience.
This is the #FullAlbumExperience (and video) for Wairunga, named for and featuring footage of their hometown in #NewZealand

JJ Cale's 1971 album Naturally feels like a good Saturday morning #FullAlbumExperience

Part 2 should show up in the recommendations. You'll have to select it - just like flipping the vinyl.
Ready for another #FullAlbumExperience?
In 1973, #BillHolt did an experimental #AudioCollage music project called #TheDreamies. It's primarily performed on a Moog Sonic Six #synthesizer but filled with samples from radio and TV broadcasts and even snippets from the Beatles.
Very innovative for the time. Rather relaxing & listenable for a pioneer #CutUp #RemixCulture piece.

Next up...
The Sophtware Slump, a 2000 release by Grandaddy. kind of a post-modern rock opera about modern technology including several songs about Jed, the android that drinks himself to death.

I'm just going to listen to full albums today.
Currently Fantasma by #Cornelius released in 1997.
Cornelius is actually just one guy - a producer/DJ from Japan. This may be more challenger for some listeners. A fair amount of cut-up/sampling techniques, but offset with smooth harmonies too. weird. but also rather catchy.

I've been wanting another #FullAlbumExperience. Matthew Sweet's Girlfriend is best experienced in one sitting. All the playlists on Youtube proper are in the wrong order though. so try this if you want to join in.
Released October 1991.

I feel like we've really lost touch with the immersive art experience of #music these days with the prevalence of streaming. So I like to have a #FullAlbumExperience every now and then to remember that. And I encourage others to do the same.
Tonight's will be The Chief Assassin to the Sinister by Three Mile Pilot, released in 1994.
