Community defense isn’t just about getting a shooting guns (although it is a big piece). You need to have the ability to move quickly, wield your weapon of choice, and have the strength to aid any fallen/injured comrades.
A solid #exercise regimen is just as important (tbh probably more so) than the weapon’s training. So let’s discuss your routine! Do you have one? What does it look like? Here’s mine!
