Converted my X-E2 to by replacing the internal IR/UV cutoff filter with a clear filter glass.

Doing so required removing a ton of tiny screws, opening the camera, desoldering some cables from the motherboard and taking everything apart - scary stuff.

After struggling to put some ribbon cables back together, I now ended up with a full-spectrum capable camera, but without a working screen and without working digital lens connectors.

At least it still takes photos :D

I used my filter on my converted camera. Editing is done on my iPad Pro, in . I’m forcing myself to edit mobile to see what I can create without my trusty and its many plugins. I’m having fun just trying to color grade a mood in a limited environment, mainly to see how Infrared images behave and what I can pull from them.
