Thanks #FunADay for this year!

Without getting into specifics of this account's #FunADay2023 action, it was consistently practiced and led very mostly to some enjoyable experiences (and others that at least make for positive self-development). The action is something that will be carried forward into the future (even if ' won't be reporting back on it with the hashtag).

It was also a pleasure to read other posters' messages and practices.

no #FunADay2023 today, unless you count two full hours of snuggling with this little man for an absolutely marvelous nap after work

today's #FunADay2023 is starting work on a very personal design that i have been kicking around for a while. not going to share any WIP pics on this one, but i'm thinking when it's finished i want to push myself on screenprinting to make patches and shirts to raise money for various transition funds and other forms of trans mutual aid.

okay finished up the #FunADay2023 piece i started yesterday, in both red/black and black flag versions. cannot wait to be done with my certificate course so i can actually find time to try my hand at screenprinting these as patches

i sort of lost the plot on #FunADay2023 and just ended up making a bunch of Dune shitpost memes and started on what could be a really sick patch design if i can figure out how to line everything up right

today's #FunADay2023 is... i'm not sure what to call this, but it's not done yet. it needs some flames, and probably a skull and maybe some lightning and roses.

forgot to post a #FunADay2023 yesterday because i just straight up did not have time to partake. probably won't have time today either, sadly. but i'm working hard on meaningful projects and making progress towards important goals. so that's nice.

today's #FunADay2023 was taking a nap because i had to go to work at 6:30AM and i have been working on various projects literally all day

today, #FunADay2023 was exposing two screens and rinsing them out. neither turned out well (i'm trying overly complicated half-tone designs instead of simple blocky ones) but i like learning and practicing and improving through failing and troubleshooting. going to tweak some design files this week and see if i can get a couple decent exposures on monday or tuesday!

today's #FunADay2023 is yesterday's, continued. traced the buildings and power lines a little more clearly and tweaked my color and saturation a bit - think this piece might be done, which means i have to start thinking about how to print it lol

okay so #FunADay2023 has turned into less birb-specific and more just... digital image fuckery. which i'm okay with. anyway here's some power lines i saw. don't think this one's totally done yet but it's coming along nicely.
