My daughter and I had fun filling up this notebook she made in her art class. We turned it into a little journal: I wrote out things we did together, using a calligraphy pen, and she illustrated them. It came out great and was really fun. So while she was away this weekend I tried my hand at putting together this simple book binding kit they had at my local art store and hope it will be a fun surprise to have a new blank journal we can fill up together.
