Leonotis Leonurus aka Wille Dagga with dew.
Endemic to the Fynbos Biome.
It was the drug of choice in the Cape before Cannabis arrived.
The petals apparently contain the active ingredient.
Sunbirds like them too

A tiny blue flower from the Cape Fynbos (fine bush) Biome.
For the scientific minded it is from the Lobelia family - Rough Lobelia I believe
