Changes to Terra 39:

Users are advised to install the `terra-release` package to ensure their Terra install will work flawlessly in case there are changes to the repository structures. (which happened once when we migrated from subatomic.fyralabs.com to repos.fyralabs.com)

NO packages will require users to install RPM Fusion or any other third-party repositories.

Go build dependencies will also be removed.

Auto-updates will be performed every 10 minutes excluding nightly.
