I never heard of the #Fyre festival thing before but I was interested what damage another sociopathic CEO on cocaine may cause. So I watched the documentary and tbh it's very difficult for me to feel pity for rich white kids that pay thousands of Dollars for a luxury festival weekend. Their faces after arriving in a normal plane instead of the promised private jet and when they realised they might be sleeping in TENTS really made my day!

We're forcing the real inventors, activists and community leaders to describe themselves with the same term as Silicon Valley hustlers and scammers. There are grants and awards for "young entrepreneurs", and it's so much easier to call a hackerspace "an accelerator".

Do we really want to promote hustling and scamming as vital values in our society?
