China is many things, but it is not a developing country anymore. Its GDP/capita is higher than Russia's and with an HDI of .761 it ranks as "high developed". China cannot hide behind the real developing countries, the G77, and turn down its climate obligations.

Does anyone know of g77 source code available for around the years 2007-2008? It seems surprisingly difficult to find at any serious URL, presumably due to a lack of interest, in favour of gfortran.

This is of interest for the question of reproducibility, since the number of scientists providing software that worked correctly with g77 and C interfacing correctly around 2007-2008 is likely to be big. #Reproducibility context: https://github.com/ReScience/submissions/issues/41
