I've been watching a lot of #fitness and #gym content recently and it's always about hypertrophy. So from my understanding you have to work one muscle hard to get maximum growth. I am thinking about doing these chest exercises, lowering weight as needed until I physically can't lift anymore.
Is that the right idea?
