This is Rua Reidh #lighthouse near #Gairloch in Wester Ross, #Scotland, where we stayed for a couple of nights back in 2016. One night we had a power outage and we all went out to see the lights from other lighthouses in the Hebrides. It was an experience for sure.
The lighthouse was built by David Alan Stevenson, cousin of the author of Treasure Island, Robert Louis Stevenson.

Red Point North #Beach near #Gairloch in Wester Ross, northwest #Scotland, is one of the places I'd love to revisit someday. I believe the island you can see in the distance is Isle of Skye. I've never been there. I'm always afraid of visiting tourist hotspots. Crowds give me anxiety. 😨

Redpoint North Beach near #Gairloch in Wester Ross, northwest #Scotland is my favourite #beach in north coast of Scotland. It is secluded and gives excellent views over to the Isle of Skye and a couple other Inner Hebrides islands. Took this on the walk to the beach. Loved the reflection of the sky on this pool of water.
It's my one month anniversary (monthiversary?) in this instance today. Loving it so far!

I was up in the north of Scotland at a place called #gairloch to photograph a wedding in August. A storm was approaching from the sea and, for a few minutes, the island of Longa was isolated against the grey backdrop.
