I have been saving this bottle of #wine for a while since I decided I wanted to make a special meal for my bf. #LigurianWine calls for a Ligurian meal. More on that in next post. The wine was spectacular. I find it complex, bold and interesting. Starts with a refreshing acidity, followed by lush grapefruit and a nice minerality finish. They produce both table wine and DOC. Will try DOC at the first occasion. I like books that are informative, have a nice modern graphic and are quite deep. Probably gonna get the #GamberoRosso guide where each year most producers and wines are ranked plus some more.
