Celebrating the release of Funtography by whipping out the old Gameboy Printer and printing out some of the #GameBoyCamera photos that are used in the game

I print on cut up cash receipts because the GB Printer is a thermal printer and I am a cheapskate -- some receipts print better than others..

There was a very embarrassing (really!) off-by-one bug in my code that moved the image one line to the top and exposed a bit of white at the bottom. Why didn't nobody tell me! I fixed it, but the older shots remain as is.

So apparently it's the final week of the #ShittyCameraChallenge and I had to do something to offend the Elder Gods as well as the #GameBoyCamera users (vertical image!)

The image is "straight out of camera", I only scaled it up and added a tiny white frame.

While waiting on mini cam parts, I decided to work on something else - Game Boy Printer paper cover! They break a lot, so figured a replacement would be nice to have. This is a simple model used to test fit before I add the rest of the details

I have the GB interceptor sending a video feed to the recurBOY which is then being capture on my laptop (but this could go directly to a projector). #gameboycamera #gbcamera
