3 weeks to go... I took. 3 day vacation with the family and it'd be a lie to say I wasn't worried. There's just so much to do, so much marketing stuff, trailers to cut...

Instead I just have to trust in what's already there and take my mind off it for a few days. It won't destroy the last year of work right?

Its alwyas at the 99th hour that you realize a fatal flaw in core systems... my dialog system has no hooks into the greater event system.

Meaning making a dialog choice requires custom signaling to make things happen in the greater world. The 'interactable' the dialog runs off of, has no concept of what choice was made, without additional 'wiring'.

Whoops. Means i got a bunch of tedium to do before I can call this chapter done and move on.

I joke that #SomnipathyGame is an allegory for making the #game Somnipathy... the game is about the #horror that keep you awake at night; the challenges of the day, the #fear of the evening. But doing a longer term project with friends, with no guarantee of success or even notice... now that is a #horrorgame .

Anyway gotta save some of this musing for the eventual post mortem! #WishlistWednesday us if you haven't!
