#GameDevTools Insight of the day: Even if the tool you're writing seems mundane, give it a rad name. It makes communication so much easier, especially for people who don't need to know the technical details (aka users).
Some good examples:
The Smelter = A material layering system at The Coalition
BOLT (Briskly Optimised Linking Technology) = The multiplayer system in Two Worlds 2
THOR = RHI abstraction model at Supercell
