We're now running Mastodon v4.1.1!

Points of note:

- Admins using Linode's marketplace distro may need to force update docker. See docker's v23.0 notes here: https://docs.docker.com/engine/release-notes/23.0/

- Following this update, recreating your docker images may take some time with docker-compose build.

- Don't forget to update db schema, precompile assets and flush cache before restarting.
