I will go to my grave insisting that this weird little song from Troopanum 2 that plays when you pause the game has it's melody inspired by the previous track! 😉

Ah glorious, glorious midi!
Here's a real golden oldie for you, this track accompanies the game over screen in the original Troopanum, a game that is now 21 years old. So have fun feeling ancient if you recognize it!

Anyone else have the strange shared memory of pausing Tarzan Junior for the first time and hearing this random chill ass lounge music in what was normally a loud, fast paced, violence filled side scrolling adventure game? It was like stepping from the hot, loud, stressful streets of a busy city and into a classy restaurant.
We can thank the legendary @FreakyFwoof for this one...

Ah hell yeah. it's about to go down!
Another kick ass track from @kjsapergia
I am so glad that someone out there was willing to produce these awesome soundtracks for all these teenaged kids playing at being game developers in the early 2000s. 😂

For Q9 players, this is the pure, distilled feeling of ("Maybe everything will be okay after all?") Except in the death world, of course.

Lets see who remembers this banger! Coming from a nearly 20-year-old game, this catchy main menu track still gives me an almost painful hit of nostalgia! Summers spent keyboard mashing and blasting hundreds of spaceships out of the sky with my sighted siblings are etched indelibly into my memory.
Thank you @kjsapergia for making the soundtracks to my childhood. You are truly an audio game legend.

Should’ve been obvious but the soundtrack to In Other Waters, in addition to accompanying a great game, makes for excellent study music.

Was soll ich sagen?
