The #Gansu season of #flavorfulorigins has tested my ability to find even the most aesthetically pleasing foods palatable to my autistic taste but I never knew just how much I wanted watermelon + flaxseed bread (to eat and use as a tool) before today.

Flavorful Origins is a beautifully-shot docuseries that shows just how diverse Chinese food really is. There are three seasons on Netflix, all focusing on different regions. Highly recommended so long as you're not vegetarian.
