Why we need more #affordable #housing...

More affordable housing means more #homeowners.

More homeowners means more appliances, etc., to boost the #economy.

More homeowners means better #GarageSales, because everybody gives you Grandma's #tchotchkes when you have a new home, and if they're not your style, you keep them a year and then do a garage sale with good signage so I can find it and buy yo' Grandma's tchotchkes.

And that's why we need more affordable housing .
