I was a bit surprised when I turned over the clod of grass I had pulled off the brick. It had obviously been growing there for a long time!

When I started clearing the garden I've been finding loads of old bricks. Today's find was a cracker. It was buried in the lawn. When I pulled the grass off, it had lovely colours and markings - a London Brick!
