Would appreciate any tips to sprout #anemone corms. I’ve tried following the ranunculus route which was to soak them for hours, plant them in a tray in moist soil in a cool dark place and let it be for a couple of weeks. This is the “best one” which shows something but everything else had mold growing on the top soil but not the corm itself. It’s in a tray shared with ranunculus corms which all have sprouted a little.

I live in the south UK and have no living things in my south-facing garden. I want to plant supported climbers on a trellis in a fully shaded spot and to have plants in a raised bed in a mostly-shaded spot. I also want a small bed in a full-sun area.
