There's many uplifting stories for #EarthDay (#earthday23) in #TheIrishTimes today.
My own is the growing awareness that tree fruits (and nuts) are among the most sustainable foods that people can eat. I often like to think that it wasn't coincidence that the #GardenOfEden was filled with fruits.
