Two beautiful wines from Cantina RibelĂ in MontePorzio Catone (RM - #Lazio - #Italy) to accompany the gorgeous food of yesterday's #GardenToTableRome.
On the left, RaW, an unusual mix of white and red grapes: a blend of Malvasia, Trebbiano, Bombino, Cesanese, and Sangiovese grapes.
On the right, RibelĂ Bianco, a white blend of malvasia puntinata, Trebbiano, and Bombino grapes.
Very fragrant and fresh.
Both bold and gentle enough to be drank (chilled) with seafood.

Yesterday, at #GardenToTableRome, we made many wonderful dishes, though the absolute winner was this wondrous mix of homemade cavatelli #pasta, with clams and fresh cannellini beans. The sauce had just the right amount of garlic and chilli in it.
Yesterday, at a wonderful session of #GardenToTableRome, I had also the pleasure to spend quality fussing time with #Beep, one of the many strays adopted by my dear friend Carla (@CarlaTommasi on IG), but the only one who is bold enough (or tarty enough) to come and demand cuddles from visitors.
