I'd forgotten this #sorethroat soother. Boil some water and put it into a cup. Let it cool down so it's just above lukewarm. Dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar in it. Then gargle all of the mixture til it's gone. It takes a little while to work but it kills all the germs in your throat and soothes it. Also it doesn't matter if you swallow a tiny bit.
