Hear, hear!

My partner has an aunt who would dip the tip of a knife in her tiny 2-ounce jar of minced garlic and add that to her dishes. Anything more was "too hot" (garlic hot? wat).

I buy the Costco liter-sized minced garlic, and use multiple tablespoons everywhere...
