I just received an email with firmware upgrade instructions for my #GarminIndex2 #SmartScale. I cannot believe Garmin thought this complex manual process would create a great user experience! It should auto-update on its own in the middle of the night! I estimate that only a small percentage of its customers will go through this upgrade process. #UX #SoftwareUpdates
