Garthamlock and Craigend Water Towers in the east of Glasgow.
Built in the 1950s and 1960s, these are classic examples of post-war architecture and reinforced concrete construction. At more than 100 feet high and capable of holding one million gallons of water, the Garthamlock tower is the largest water tower in the UK.
