As part of my personal response to #ClimateChange, I am slowly going thru the process of making the house more resilient and independent from the #ElectricGrid

While #SolarPanels are definitely the final step in my roadmap, I've been trying to take care of the fundamentals first:

✅ Change out all the bulbs to LED
✅ Get an energy audit of the house, and do the necessary insulation upgrades
✅ Pull a 240 line to the Garage for a future EV

One thing I am currently researching is upgrading my 20+ year old #ElectricalPanel to support #Solar and installing a #TransferSwitch during the upgrade to support a future stand-by #GasGenerator
