I’m a millennial who’s lived in the south my whole life. I have worked for companies where I’ve literally been the only person who wears a seatbelt there. I could dust off a local phone book right now, dial 3 people at random and get 3 different ways to bypass a seatbelt alarm volunteered by complete strangers.
