#SportsDrink recipe:
1 kool-aid packet (less color is better)
1/2 tsp Morton Lite Salt (this has 50% potassium chloride, which gives you a better electrolyte balance)
3/4 c sugar
Mix 6 tbsp of this with 1 liter of water, or 2 tbsp with 1 glass of water.
Cost? about $1.75, compared to $6 for #gatorade powder

Shoutout to that game a fears back, it had THE most boring 2nd half ever.
This year I will just eat the mandatory junk food but I'll be playing some board games with my lovely girlfriend instead of watching a bunch of big dudes bumping into eachother.
Also shoutout to the people going there in person, willing to pay like 50$ for 1 beer and some nachos.

This was the 1st tub from a 6pack I got delivered on 13 December and I've done 25 rides with #Gatorade since then (and another without). So with the other 5 tubs I should get 125 rides in... that's probably 4 months. We'll see :)
