My methodology: I went county by county and got the early votes breakdown from the General. I then applied those percentages to the early votes cast in the runoff.

In the general, 64% of the vote was early voting. If we are to hold that same percentage for the runoff, there would be around 1.3m votes left to be cast. I'll be glad to share my work, just reply your email addy.

Suing Cobb County is the convenient target in this case, but the problem is the new laws were designed to create this EXACT problem.

The GA GOP wanted to cause frustration by the voting public in all forms of voting, especially in absentee and early voting.

That's why all the timelines for all elections (especially run-offs) were squeezed to make it impossible for big counties to do the work on a timely basis.

That's called voter suppression.

I'm not going to drag out all the numbers I've been playing with, but I am currently estimating that (through yesterday) Warnock probably has about a 100k lead. This is based on the number of votes cast and the breakdown of early voting trends during the general election.

I'm going to take the final advanced numbers, which will be available Saturday morning, to see where we sit looking to election day (which heavily breaks for Repubs statewide).

My main job, voting in the GA Senate runoff, is complete. Yeah me.

Over 500k people have voted so far in this election. Almost 60% of those votes were in the Atlanta metro counties. Good news there.
