With the American holiday of Thanksgiving upon us, I am preparing my "special" rice recipes for the occasion. Think chicken and rice, rice and gravy, rice dressing, rice stuffing, etc.
My friends & family think I am some kind of culinary wizard for always bringing "absolutely perfect rice."
My little secret rice recipe is exposed with the image below. Basically, mix them 50/50 into a Jasmati blend. Perfection.
