#AITA? #devops allowed #GCP to automatically add random digit strings to project names to make them unique. I complained because now the #datascience and #machinelearning team has to memorize and type out those digits whenever we do ad hoc queries, which is all the time. #devops does not actually use the #GBQ #database so didn’t realize how annoying this would be. Am I the asshole? I don’t think so 🤷 some people just don’t think about how their work impacts others
