Was #running in the incredible Pennine Barrier 50 mile trail race today in the Yorkshire Dales. It starts in Malham and goes over 5 mountains: Fountains Fell, the Yorkshire 3 Peaks (Pen-y-ghent, Whernside, Ingleborough) back over Fountains Fell then returning to Malham. Really well organised by #GBUltras with well-stocked aid stations and great volunteers. Legs are very sore 😖
